Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She joined WCEPS in 2011 as the second full-time employee. Her experience includes retail management, various roles in the title industry, behavior therapy, and several years of volunteering as a camp counselor. She remains actively involved in volunteer efforts outside of work, frequently taking on leadership roles for youth activities, athletic coaching, and sharing her passion for music.

Allison currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing. She has worn many hats during her tenure at WCEPS and is deeply committed to supporting educators and continuing to expand our impact as an organization.
